Unexpected trip to California

After a battle with cancer Uncle Bob (Chris's uncle) passed this summer.  He spent his last couple years in retirement loving life as a full time Grandpa.  He was an Amazing person that Chris's family is going to miss greatly.  We travelled to California for his funeral and although we were there for unfortunate circumstances we were able to visit with a lot of family we don't get to see very often. We stayed at Uncle Brad and Aunt Leslie's house were Karsten played the drums and swam a lot.

Cousin Rachel's Baptism in Las Vegas

In June we travelled down to Las Vegas for Blake and Liz's new baby Rachel's baptism.  We had a Great time spending time with family and are honored to be Rachel's God Parents.  As you can tell, Karsten and her cousin Abby are two peas in a pod.  Karsten always says, "I want to go to Abby's house".   This weekend she was able to and boy did they enjoy their time together. 

What better day to spend an afternoon than playing in the rain.

Uncle Craig and Aunt Andrea's wedding in Clearwater Beach, FL

We travelled to the Tampa area for Uncle Craig and Aunt Andrea's wedding and had a great time seeing family and playing on the gulf coast beach.
